Please note: your personalised photo products cannot be cancelled or returned once ordered. For all other items, we do not cover the shipping costs for returns and will deduct these from your refund.

 

RETURNS WITHIN GERMANY

If you would like to return a decorative item to us and make use of your right of cancellation, please follow these steps:

1. Send us a message to support@hejpix.com

2. We will send you our cancellation form by email.

3 Complete the whole form and enclose it with your carefully packaged goods.

4. In our email, you will also find a DHL returns label. 

5. Stick the returns label to your ready-packed parcel.

6. Take your parcel to the nearest DHL parcel office. The shipping address is automatically shown on the returns label.

Please note: The prior announcement of the return and the implementation of the steps described above is not a mandatory requirement for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

 

RETURNS FROM ABROAD (OUTSIDE GERMANY)

Please send us a message to support@hejpix.com to request your cancellation form which you have to enclose with the parcel. The return address is as follows:

PROCESSING TIME AND REIMBURSEMENT

If you have made use of your 14-day right of cancellation, we will reimburse you by the same means of payment as you selected to order the article. For example, if you paid by credit card, we will refund your money to your credit card account. Please appreciate that the process and the refunding can take up to two weeks.
